Enplo Seaside Lounge — Restaurant in Municipality of Karpathos

We came with high expectations. The view is stunning and the English-speaking staff was friendly and service went smoothly. However, the food was not that impressive. It was tasty but nothing special, perhaps we are just spoiled since this type of food is easy to find across Western Europe. The huevos rancheros were disappointing, the sauce tasted like it came from a bottle and the chips relied on MSG (E621) for flavor.
