Vegan options are advertised as a „vegan menu“ but are actually quite limited and bland.
Most of the vegan options can also be found in other taverns as appetizers (eg eggplant salad, hummus).
The only two special vegan dishes not found elsewhere were both quite bland. The Makouroni were just noodles with olive oil (with the usual cheese just omitted, not substituted with vegan cheese). The vegan gyros was served without any sauce and was apparently heated in a microwave, not fried.
Most other taverns serve better „accidentally vegan“ food.

Such a sweet traditional taverna close to the beach right outside the city. We tried different places during our say but always came back to this place. Great variety of food for a good price. Heerlijk gegeten bij Koutouki en de vriendelijke mannen!
We hebben de Meze vooraf en de Mixed Grill besteld. Die waren allebei voortreffelijk: leuke gerechten die we nog niet eerder gehad hadden, smaakvol, niet vet en met lekkere kruiden.
De frietjes vond ik persoonlijk wat slap, maar dat neemt niet weg dat ik alsnog vijf sterren geef. De doorgaande weg is niet super romantisch, maar je kan wel heerlijk mensen kijken die "in processie" onderweg zijn van en naar de haven.
Vriendelijke mannen, vergaten de tzatziki op de rekening te zetten, en durfden dat bijna niet recht te zetten.
En oh ja: bewaar wat ruimte voor het toetje van het huis. Heerlijk stukje...
