Recipe Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Kifisia

Ive been going to Recipe for years. Their drinks and pizzas are amazing and service isnt bad and the barmen are always friendly. Unfortunately i visited Recipe recently for brunch and the Ham Benedict dish was very missleading. Although it writes fried eggs in the description, it can be overlooked as one would assume Benedict means poached egg. Also it was supposed to have hollanadaise sauce and my order came without it. No apology from the waiter.. i dont think he believed me. Then waited a good 20 mins for the hollandaise sauce but my dish came back cold, with some unusual watery plain yolk sauce. Definitely not hallandaise! Very dissapointing. I advise the words Benedict and Hollandaise are removed from the menu as neither are included in the dishes. A real shame for such a popular,...

Παρέα 12 ατόμων, καθημερινή του Ιουλίου. Ποτά, φαγητό ωραίο κλίμα κλπ. Ξαφνικά αισθάνομαι να αδειάζει στην πλάτη μου, στα πόδια μου και τα παπούτσια μου ένα βαρέλι νερό• δεν ήταν τίποτα άλλο από 3 ποτά που έφυγαν από την κοπέλα που μας εξυπηρετούσε τα οποία με έλουσαν κυριολεκτικά. Θα μου πείτε ότι συμβαίνουν αυτά… μαζί σας ναι! Αλλά δέν συμβαίνει το να μην ζητάς μία συγνώμη ή να φέρεις μερικές χαρτοπετσέτες / πετσέτα να σκουπιστεί αυτός που έκανες μπάνιο νωρίτερα απ’ ότι υπολόγιζε. Μόνο ένα απαθές . Καμία συζήτηση βέβαια για να κεράσουν ένα από τα τρία ποτά. Έρχεται και η ώρα της πληρωμής και εξηγώ στην κοπέλα ότι θέλω να πληρώσω τα δικά μου και 2 πιάτα φαγητό. Η απάντηση ήταν θέλετε να πληρώσετε όλοι γιατί δεν γίνεται αυτό που ζητάτε. Ξαναλέω ότι εγώ φεύγω μόνο, οι υπόλοιποι θα κάτσουν και λογικά θα θέλουν να συνεχίσουν με τα ποτά τους, είναι τόσο δύσκοκο να πληρώσω αυτά που σας είπα. Και τότε με πολύ βαρύ ύφος σουφρώνοντας μάτια-μύτη-χείλη μου λέει ωραία τι έχετε… Απαράδεκτγ συμπεριφορά για μαγαζιά που έχουμε χτίσει απ τα παιδικά μας χρόνια αλλά πολύ φοβάμαι ότι θ...

The girl responsible for the reservations was really rude. We went on a table that had no "reserved" sign and we were refused to sit there. Instead we were sat down on the side of the store and the table that was supposedly resevred stayed empty throughout the night. This was clearly a discrimination attempt...
