Overall, great atmosphere, music and decoration but the food, service and professionalism did not meet expectations and was below average.

I booked dinner for 2 after a friend recommended to try this restaurant. When we arrived, although there were 2 of us they only brought one menu, we had to chase them for a 2nd one. We ordered 2 appetisers, 2 mains and a few drinks. When the waiter arrived with a tray full of drinks, he accidentally dropped the whole tray with the drinks all over our table. As expected our clothes, bags and other personal items got wet but we did not complain, on the contrary we were very polite and told them that these things can happen and we were fine. They thanked us for our kindness and for not making an issue out of it.

At that point, I thought that as a kind gesture they would have offered us a free drink or a dessert to apologise for the inconvenience, which unfortunately didn't happen. As someone who also works in the service industry, I find this behaviour completely unprofessional, which is partly the reason for my 3 star review.

Additionally, I found that the menu lacked character. The salad selection was good and the quality of the salad was also nice. The appetisers list was irrelevant to the rest of the menu in my opinion, it had a selection of burritos, mini burgers and other pies/wraps. We ordered the burrito with smoked salmon which was below average taste and quality wise. The main course was the same, just average.

Overall, I would recommend this place perhaps for a cofffee, quick drink or just a pizza and a beer but not a restaurant for a...

As the name says, it's a... Hidden bar/restaurant near the center of Kifisia. It's situated mainly in a hidden backyard like a secret garden behind a building where a plastic surgeon is in the upper floor. The seating area is nice and cozy, the ambient music is at the proper volume level and the track choices by the dj are matching the mood of the venue. The bar section is kinda lacking. The signature cocktails are limited. The restaurant and breakfast and brunch menus are very populated with lots of different taste choices. The red sangria tasted very sweet, almost identical to Theia Koinonia, not my kind of taste. The aperol spritz cocktail with moschato d'asty was very bitter and was leaving a weird taste in the mouth. I guess we should've opted for classic cocktails instead. The prices are a little bit towards the expensive side of things, perhaps in line with the rest bars in the area maybe a tad higher than the competition. We'll give Hyde another try...

It's a nice courtyard at the back of a building on the main shopping street of Kifissia, Kolokotroni street. The place in the summer is ideal to sit for coffee or food or drinks, but in the winter it's not recommended since it's open space and there are only portable shelters and gas heating elements, which are not enough to heat the space. The staff were unconcerned and when they brought us something we didn't order, they first tried to convince us that we had ordered it and then admit their mistake and take it off the table. Unfortunately, however, they did not withdraw it from the account and tried to charge us normally, which we detected and they apologized. The bathrooms are located in the basement and are accessed by sliding steps. There is no hot water supply in the bathrooms, the doors do not lock and the windows are wooden with single panes which have been there for many decades.
