After over an hour we were informed that they lost our order and apparently "it happens"(they say). It was busy but come on... how blind 3 waiters have to be not to notice a couple sitting without anything on the table for so long ?! and with empty glasses ?! Then another half an hour of wait. They preferred to take other guests payments or orders. After complain and when we nearly left the food arrived and was absolutely average 2.5 out of 5 the cute cat that next to us that we feed was happy but for us not warty of that time. The other places are much much tastier and more coordinated with waiting time.

The waiters are charming in a genuine way I have yet to meet on a restaurant constantly with a smile on their faces, and completely relaxed with customers, getting involved with them and even the cooking staff join if it's late hours. The whole place is wholesome on an...
