Taratsa Kitchen Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Kos

The service was horrible! After having asked for details about a meal and getting a yes in return, they served something completely different. They started arguing instead of respecting the needs of the customer. We didn‘t get a menu for the first ten minutes even though there weren‘t many people there. The food wasn‘t great at all and there were almost no vegan options. No vegan pizza. Due to the attitude of the owners towards customers from on the very beginning we arrived and the low quality of the food, it was no pleasure to leave money there and we cannot recommend this restaurant at all. For vegans and not vegans, we can highly recommend the restaurant portoeye, which is down the street. Their service was immaculate and the food was great, they have lots of good vegan...

Very very poor. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. We waited over 1 hour for our food and when our food finally arrived the chicken was uncooked and greasy, there was no flavour, and vegetables were over cooked. The woman waitress was very rude and got into my face when I told her I was unhappy with our food. The food was way overpriced for what we got, and many other customers also complained whilst we were waiting for our food. We left the restaurant hungry and annoyed. Me, my partner and his family have been coming to Kardamena for years, and we have never come to a restaurant as bad as this. You WILL be very disappointed if you come here so I highly reccomned you...

While having our evening meal the so called boss was shouting & stressing at staff slamming things down being very loud & rude ! It wasn’t nice as we had young children with us , then we asked 3 different people for the bill and was sat waiting nearly 20 minutes! Then when the boss come over and we explained we had asked 3 different people for the bill and had been waiting nearly 20 mins he called us liers & was extremely rude to us ! If you want a nice relaxing evening meal I wouldn’t go here before we left and was still sat at the table they started to re lay it ready for the next people , there more interested in getting people in than the actual people already in there...
