Psarou — Restaurant in Municipality of Lavreotiki

Delicious seafood menu they have here. Tried their fried small calamari (which were crunchy from the outside, but soft from the inside), and their seafood paella (with mussels and shrimps). I wouldn't call the latter one paella, however, because it was not with rice (rather orzo), and there was no saffron taste. However, it was tasty and delicious! At the beginning of our seating, there was a staff bringing all the selection of appetizers (ranging from potato salad, smoked aubergines puree, greek salad, fava, etc). The food was very good and the prices were relatively good. The waiting line was huge and many of the tables had no shadow whatsoever. The service wws quite poor as we were waiting for over 15 minutes before the waiter brought us the menu and water, and another 15 until we ordered. On too of that, one of the plates never arrived even though we sat there for 1,5 hours. The scenery is good, as the sea is visible and there is enough space for children to play...

The food was quite good, but the service and the timing was very bad. We got starters immediately as we sat down. Main courses after 15 minutes, except the grilled fish for 2 of us which arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes. And at the end they dared require a tip of at least 10%. No shame!

5 minutes after the other dishes? It was 45 minutes!! Liars! Not forced to leave a tip?...
