Acropolis Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Malevizi

We were 2 people warmly welcomed but that’s all. We waited 30mins for a hot Greek salad. They say food is fresh from local market, I bet these tomatoes were travelling around the world to get here with no flavour with outside temperature. Main dishes came another 30 mins later. The food was gross tbh. Same day we ate 14eur mix grill with fresh fried potatoes and about 500gr of meat. Here they served us frozen potatoes and 4 slices of meat. Mussaka is not good either. It was not busy compared to other restaurants with full capacity and faster service. So disappointed to experience this on a vacation. I believe they viewed us as young and not ordering the whole menu, thought we won’t give them a tip.. I would for sure if experience was better. Common guys, we don’t expect the best, but good food means...

I recently had the worst dining experience of my life at Acropolis.The owner is incredibly dishonest and unethical. First, they overcharged us on the bill, sneaking in extra charges that we did not incur. When we brought this to their attention, they rudely dismissed our concerns.

Additionally, they mixed up our orders, serving us dishes we did not ask for. Despite our polite attempts to correct the mistake, the staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional.

The final straw was when the owner verbally abused us in Greek, using offensive and inappropriate language. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay away. There are plenty of other restaurants where you will be treated with respect and honesty. Avoid this place...

Awful service, very slow service, they brought food out after a long wait but didn't know what it was and could only describe it as "fish" it was actually 1 x seabass, 1 x seabream and lamb with yoghurt (which was feta and not yoghurt) We were there for hours everything was slow. Finally got hold of someone to ask for the bill, but we had to have dessert before they would give us the bill. We didn't want it so we had to wait again. Then it was shots, one of our group does not drink alcohol which we made clear many times. The waiter despite being reminded of this, told the group member who has been sober for 3 years that it only contained fruit juice and no alcohol. It contained alcohol. Completely...
