Came to this little town as we have an earlier flight to catch in 2 days. The very kind Jenny helped to locate our apartment's owner as no one answered the door. While waiting for the owner, we had our lunch at Jenny's. A simple spaghetti with shrimps and tomatoes sauce and baked eggplants with meat sauce. It was surprisingly very good for a small little corner restaurant. While she was busy serving and cooking, Jenny was chatting with us too. It's like having a meal in a family home We went back on the second night for dinner, Jenny wasn't there but we were greeted by another friendly lady, Maria. Just like Jenny, Maria was serving and cooking and making everyone comfortable in the restaurant. We had linguine with stewed beef and stewed pork on fries. Both dishes tasted like homemade and tasty. It's such a cosy little restaurant so the guests are chatting amongst ourselves too across the table. We met this young American girl who was in greece for a wedding and we exchanged travel info too. Read moreJenny's Corner is amazing! Just before departing Greece we stayed at a nearby airport hotel and expected very little regarding our last dinner. We were treated like family by both our waiter, Stelious, and Jenny herself. Stelious had such passion about ensuring a positive experience, I thought he was part owner!
They surprised us with several tasty traditional dishes like boiled greens, a digestivo, and dessert.
We had the best Greek salad of the entire trip - so fresh! For dinner, we tried both the carbonara and meatballs, which were fabulous. All dishes were HUGE and yet reasonably priced. My only regret is that we didn't know about Jenny's Corner arrival when we could bag leftovers.

Jenny's Corner was the last restaurant we visited before flying back to Canada and our best restaurant experience by far. From owner, chef, waitress to patrons at the restaurant we were welcomed like family. We ate and enjoyed authentic Greek dishes and the waitress suggested we try a few variations of the same dish. The food was so plentiful we brought home enough for a second meal.
