Πλαζ Τσαμάκια — Restaurant in Municipality of Mytilene

We had an unpleasant and disappointing experience with the waitress who served us in the afternoon at table 67. From the very beginning, I asked for sparkling water i said three times sparkling watwr and two times water with gas, yet she brought me still water. When I politely reminded her halfway through my meal, instead of simply correcting the order, she reacted with unnecessary aggression, raising her voice and saying “okay, okay” in a rude manner. Later, after I had already finished my meal, I asked again and once more she responded harshly, even accusing me of shouting, although I was speaking calmly. In the end, my sparkling water only arrived long after I had finished eating.

Such unnecessary aggressiveness is truly upsetting and ruins the atmosphere for customers. People working in hospitality should be patient, polite, and soft-spoken, not hostile and dismissive. I understand the workload may be heavy, but this is no excuse for rude behavior. If more staff are needed, then more should be hired.

Your food was excellent and I really enjoyed it, but the disrespectful behavior of this waitress spoiled the overall experience. Because of her attitude, I will leave 1 star...

A large beach bar/restaurant at the Mytilene city center. Large capacity of sunbeds and umbrellas, more than enough changing rooms, a stair to go in and out of sea, clean toilets, a good restaurant section for every hour of day are more than enough to make a relaxed vacation at this place. The entrance fee is €2 and there are no other conditions like ‘buy at least x amount of drinks/foods etc’. You can leave the place just by giving €2. I think it is fair because there are toilets, showers and changing rooms. Beach is a bit rocky and there are stones and rocks in the sea which are covered with moss. First when you sit they’re giving you cold water without ordering it. Then you can keep filling it.

From the size of the place, workers cannot catch you sometimes they were all very busy. That’s why the service was quite slow.

While leaving the island you can pass by here to swim, chill and eat from delicious dishes. The place has clean shower & cabinets for to change.
