JOE BAR — Restaurant in Municipality of Mytilene

We had the omelett with vegetables and it tasted more oil (almost butter ish) who dominated the flavour of the vegetables and eggs. This is my opinion and other may like it like that 😀 it didn't taste bad to be clear about that. The omelett was quite big and thats a good thing, but it should have been two slices of toasted bread instead of one. I had to go to the staff and asked for two toasted bread slices but got the other type of bread (see picture).

The service was a bit slow there even when we needed our time to order our dishes. We didn't get our drinks first and not either asked if we would like some starters before the omelett's. During the meal I would had asked the customers how it tastes, if they need anything else just as a part of the service.

The toilet inside didn't have a lock on the men's toilet but it wasnt a problem or a issue for me (but I've would just prefer to have it)

The taverna is placed near the ocean and have a wonderful view and I enjoyed really that part. They also have part of the beach on the left side where you can get tan on the sunbeds Joe's offer and have a bath.

The staff also comes to the beach and serves the customer's there (HUGE +)

All in all I still recommend Joe's to grab a meal or lunch while you're in Plomari 😀 and enjoy the wonderful view to the sea and would rate it 3.5 of 5 if it...

Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat here. We sat down and after waiting a while we had to ask for the menu ourselves.

We waited a long time for someone to come and take our order, and even asked one of the waiters if we could order, and he said he would tell the other waiter. Nothing happened and we waited a long while again before we decided to leave and eat somewhere else.

The waiters working there were nice and polite and the view great 😊 A pity we didn’t get to...

If you ever visit plwmari you absolutely NEED to come to Joe Bar. They have a huge selection of food and every dish we tried was phenomenal. We got the Lakerda, the sardines, the Garlic sauce shrimp, the joe salad and the skordalia. Absolutely terrific. The owner made it known to us that if we don't like his Garlic shrimp, we won't have to pay for them. He was so sure and we were taken aback by how delicious they actually were. We licked the plate....
