Maria Plomari Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Mytilene

This is the third time we stay at Maria's Apartments in Plomari, and we are absolutely pleased with the place. |The hotel is situated uphill in Plomari, near the beautiful beach Ag. Isidoros, and consists of the apartment building, beautiful gardens, a cobblestone road with sitting areas, an outdoor barbeque and dining area, pool area, a reception area with office for the hotel staff, showers and changing rooms for pool guests. ||We are a familiy of four, two adults, a teen, and a kid, and we had an apartment at the third floor, with a spectacular ocean view. The beds in the apartment are supercomfortable, and so are the pillows. The kitchen was well equipped, with a coffee maker and a fridge including freezer compartment. Everything is in good standard, and all solutions are well suited for the climate, in terms of having possibilities of air, sun and shade. There is also an option to order breakfast and other meals, as well as having delicious greek icecream at the icecream-bar by the reception-area.||There are beautiful sitting areas outside the apartments which are built in a traditional greek style, and have bookcases with books for guests to lend, and maybe add new books to the small library collection. The pool area is pretty and always clean, the staff is professional and very nice, and the lovely gardens appear well maintained and flourishing.|Because Maria's apartments are situated a bit uphill, the hotel might be best suited for travelers that enjoy a hike, which we do, so for us the distance from traffic was actually a plus. ||Our teenage daughter forgot her jacket at the apartment as we left with the travelling agency bus for the airport. As the bus was passing the beach, the traveling guide announced that we had to make a stop "because apartment … at Maria’s apartments had left their jacket" |Giannis, the owner and manager, had gotten on his motorbike and reached the bus in order to give us her jacket! Such an extremely sympathetic and fast-minded person, and a gesture which speaks volumes of the friendly and professional attitude applied by him and all of his employees at Maria's apartments. ||We would highly recommend...

This charming little hotel, perched in the hills above Plomari, completely stole our hearts. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully arranged and beautifully cared for.||Breakfasts were a dream – served wherever we wished: in our room, on the balcony, or under the olive trees in the garden. The pool area was lovely, and the view from every room was simply breathtaking.||The service was exceptional, with warm and friendly staff always available and ready to help. The location was ideal – just a short walk to both the beach and the town center.||On the day of our early departure, we were even provided with delicious sandwiches, water, and fresh fruit to take with us – such a thoughtful touch!||The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, with the option to buy cold drinks at a fair price and fresh beach towels available daily. And the cleanliness? Unmatched. We’ve never experienced anything like it – everything was immaculate.||Every detail was considered, every need anticipated. First of all, I have never written a review before until now... We booked our trip via Apollo and this hotel was our selection. So grateful for everything, and I mean everything with this hotel. ||The staff helped us with whatever we asked for and it all felt very genuine. The rooms are big with AC and felt fresh at the arrival. There was a nice balcony with a view over Plomari and the ocean. ||Nothing to say about the cleaning more than they put beautiful "animals" made of towels and really top notch work. ||The pool area was great with good temperature and a beautiful garden with plenty of chairs. So it never felt busy when people came to enjoy this area. ||Breakfast/lunch/diner at the hotel was made with passion for a good price. You will get a lot of food... So big plus! ||We had our daughter (on year old) and it all went fine with the climbing back and forward to the hotel. We also booked a taxi to and from the beach (7 euro for one trip). ||So my final words! This was my first review ever but from my visit it felt like a must! It's just great! ||Lykke...
