To spitiko galaktobureko — Restaurant in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

Went for what we thought would be a lovely lunch but extremely disappointed and appalled at the service and behaviour of staff. We ordered 2 drinks and a greek salad, for which we had to wait 30+ minutes for food, despite others arriving after us and getting hot food before us. When we complained to staff about the lack of service and reluctance to pay for the dish after the long wait, the lady at the till was extremely rude and raised her voice. There was a complete lack of care or ownership of the bad service. Avoid at all costs, would not ...

The cake is pretty good, not too sweet. But the service is absolutely disastrous. We waited 45 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 slices of cake. Considering that’s all they serve at every table, there’s not much preparation involved… We had the feeling we were served after all the locals because we were tourists (tables that arrived well after us were served first), and the people next to us ordered at the same time as we did but got their order 20 minutes...

Utterly Dissatisfied. We ordered and had to wait 40 mins+ for our food, which was only a SALAD. We thought it was off when tables that sat down after us got their HOT FOOD first! For which they only waiting 10 minutes. When we asked they didn’t even apologise just a grunt and confusion on their faces as if they didn’t care, and had forgotten about us.
