Andromeda Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Northern Corfu

We were looking to have a nice meal on the Archarvi beach resort and from what I had seen from other reviews online this seemed like a very nice restaurant to eat at. The 2 of us sat down at approximately 9.05 before the sunset and had two fantas. We then ordered the starters of mushrooms and garlic bread and for mains we ordered the sea food platter and the T-Bone steak. We sat around waiting and it was not until (when I looked at my watch) 9.55 when our starters of garlic bread and mushrooms arrived of which we both thought was a ridiculous wait for a starter like this although we were told despite other people having starters before us who had sat down long after us and having starters that the reason it took longer was the it was a ‘more complex dish than other peoples starters to make’ of which we both found amusing. After this our main meals arrived out at approximately 10:20 so nearly 1h 20mins from when we first ordered to our main meals arriving! Although I thought my sea food platter was an ok dish the T-Bone steak was extremely chewy. Pieces that were thrown over to the wild cats who as a group of three we watched to struggle to break apart the meat. After finishing a complaint that was made about the T-Bone steak where after frustrations as well with waiting times it was suggested that we were only complaining to get a free meal which was deeply upsetting. Was für ein Juwel! Das Restaurant Andromeda in Acharavi hat uns absolut begeistert und unsere Abende zu unvergesslichen Erlebnissen gemacht.

Die Lage ist einfach nur traumhaft und einzigartig. Wir saßen auf der Terrasse, direkt am Meer, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über das glitzernde Wasser. Das Plätschern der Wellen und der Anblick des Sonnenuntergangs schufen eine absolut romantische und entspannte Atmosphäre auch für unsere Kinder. Eine perfektere Kulisse gibt es kaum.

Doch das Andromeda ist nicht nur ein Blickfang – das Essen ist absolut hervorragend! Wir haben fangfrischen Fisch gegessen, der perfekt zubereitet und gewürzt war. Die Vorspeisen, insbesondere der griechische Käse in Filoteig mit Honig oder Tzatziki mit Pita-Brot, waren frisch und geschmackvoll. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung bis zur kompetenten Beratung fühlten wir uns rundum wohl und bestens aufgehoben. Der Service war perfekt – nicht aufdringlich, aber immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas brauchte.

Und das Allerbeste: Dieses absolute Top-Erlebnis ist zu völlig angemessenen Preisen zu haben. Man bekommt hier eine Qualität und eine Location geboten, für die man woanders deutlich mehr bezahlen müsste.

Andromeda ist ohne jeden Zweifel ein absoluter Geheimtipp auf Korfu. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und können es jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die perfekten Abende!

What a gem! The restaurant Andromeda in Acharavi absolutely thrilled us and turned our evenings into unforgettable experiences.

The location is simply dreamlike and unique. We sat on the terrace, right by the sea, with a breathtaking view of the sparkling water. The sound of the waves and the sight of the sunset created a perfectly romantic and relaxed atmosphere, even for our children. A more perfect setting is hard to imagine.

But Andromeda is not just about the view – the food is absolutely excellent! We ate freshly caught fish that was perfectly prepared and seasoned. The appetizers, especially the Greek cheese in filo pastry with honey and the tzatziki with pita bread, were fresh and flavorful. Every bite was a delight.

I especially want to highlight the extremely friendly and attentive staff. From the warm welcome to the competent advice, we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The service was perfect – not intrusive, but always there when you needed something.

And the best part: this absolute top-tier experience is available at completely reasonable prices. You get a quality and location here that would cost significantly more elsewhere.

We only just discovered Andromeda after coming to Acharavi for very many years. What a lovely find it has been. It is in a great setting at the beachfront, which means stunning Sunsets if you're there for dinner. The view out across the coastline is fantastic.

The staff team are great. Very helpful and attentive to your needs. The food and drink are excellent, with a very nice menu selection. Something for everyone.

We have been twice in two days, and will make this one to go to on each holiday...
