Absolutely loved Pergola in Corfu Town! It deserves every star, 5/5 overall. Service (4/5): Staff were warm, welcoming, and especially great with families, though service can slow a bit during busier times. Atmosphere (5/5): The vine-covered pergola, cozy décor, and live music on weekends create a truly enchanting and authentic Greek dining experience. Food & Portions: Generous and flavorful dishes from Bourekakia to Meat Platters, and enough to keep you coming back. Truly a standout for both locals...

Normalerweise bin ich recht genügsam und manchmal ist ein Restaurantbesuch gut und manchmal weniger. Alles ok. Aber bei diesem Restaurant möchte ich schon mal betonen, dass das Essen wirklich unfassbar schlecht ist.

Man sollte wissen, dass die Speisen vorab gekocht werden. Wann, weiß man nicht so genau. Soweit so gut. Man darf sich dann in der Küche etwas aussuchen. Auch eine schöne Idee. Aber was einem geboten wird klingt erstmal in Ordnung (gefüllte Aubergine, Hackbällchen, Hähnchen, Lasagne, Oktopusssalat, Pommes....), aber der Zustand ist wirklich eine Katastrophe. Nichts ist gekühlt, es sah aus, als würde das schon zwei Tage dort liegen und es schmeckte mit viel Wohlwollen wie aus einer Konserve. Ich weiß nicht wie man das so schlecht hinbekommt. Irre auch, das Essen wird in der Mikrowelle wieder warm gemacht. Ist echt kaum zu glauben.

Außerdem gibt es keine Preisliste. Ich habe sage und schreibe 14€ für handgezählte 12 Pommes und drei Minihackbällchen bezahlt. Zudem ist der Inhaber den Gästen gegenüber erstaunlich schlecht gelaunt gewesen. Vielleicht war es aber auch nur ein schwieriger Tag....

Insgesamt mehr als enttäuschend und ich kann das Restaurant...

Stopped for lunch and parked in the space for customers. Food was average and owner rude. When we finished we decided to go for a short walk into town and the owner told us we had to move the car. Despite having a mediocre lunch for €33 and it was due to close 30 minutes later and no sign of anyone else coming...
