Souvlaki Lambros — Restaurant in Municipality of Palaio Faliro

We had a rather enjoyable experience at this restaurant, though I would rate it just shy of five stars. To my surprise, the food was incredibly affordable, yet undeniably delicious. We opted for the chicken souvlaki with pita and fries, and it was prepared swiftly without compromising on freshness. The only minor setback was the dryness of the meal; both the meat and the accompanying pita and fries lacked moisture. Perhaps a sauce or dressing would have elevated the flavors. However, it's worth noting that Greek cuisine traditionally embraces such preparation, so I understand it's not the restaurant's fault. On a positive note, the staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. I ordered from them on efood, and the food was not delivered after 1 hour and 15 minutes, so I called, the woman that picked up the phone has the most horrible attitude I’ve ever experienced. I was trying to speak English to her at first, she couldn’t understand a word and she refused to get somebody to help but CURSED on me in Greek. I can understand a little Greek though I don’t speak well, I am sure she called me “malaka pio den milaei ellhnika”. So I tried to speak Greek to her, asking where my food is, and I told her the address. She made fun of my accent, and started repeating what I said with a weird accent. MOST HORRIBLE...

UPDATE: Απάντησαν στο σχόλιο αυτό μετά από 3 χρόνια!!! Ουάου, μιλάμε για τρελή ταχύτητα! Προφανώς και είστε τυχαία 40χρόνια στον χώρο. Μόνο απ΄πο καθαρή τύχη επιβιώνουν τέτοιοι απαίσιοι επαγγελαμτίες. Από 2, πάμε 1 αστεράκι και αυτό γιατί δεν επιτρέπει το Google κανένα...

Σημειώνω εξ'αρχής ότι και το 2 πολύ είναι, απλά χάριν αμφιβολίας το βάζω. Και εξηγώ: Πριν λίγες μέρες βρίσκω φυλλάδιο του καταστήματος στο γραμματοκιβώτιό μου και αποφασίζω να τους δοκιμάσω. Κοιτάω τιμές και είναι ίδιες με αυτές ενός άλλου σουβλατζίδικου που παίρνω συνήθως, οπότε λέω γιατί όχι. Όπως γράφει και το φυλλάδιο, μπαίνω να κάνω ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία και ΟΥΠΣ!!! Οι τιμές είναι ακριβότερες online (όχι πολύ αλλά είναι) τόσο στο δικό τους site όσο και σε πλατφόρμα!!! ΟΡΙΣΤΕ??? Θυμίζω: τον κατάλογο μου τον είχαν φέρει εκείνη την ημέρα!!! Τους παίρνω τηλέφωνο να το διευκρινίσω, αναφέροντας ότι είμαι νέος πελάτης. Η απάντησή τους ήταν αποστομωτική: Οι κατάλογοι είναι παλιοί και μέχρι να τελειώσουν τους μοιράζουμε!!! ΟΡΙΣΤΕ!?!?!?!?!? Αν δεν πετάνε τον κατάλογο που τους κοστίζει σχεδόν τίποτα, τότε ούτε που θέλω ν σκεφτώ τι κάνουν με τις πρώτες ύλες και ειδικά με το κρέας που κοστίζει αρκετά περισσότερο. Το χειρότερο είναι ότι δεν είπαν ούτε ένα συγγνώμη. Μίλησα όσο ευγενικότερα μπορούσα, τους είπα ότι είμαι νέος πελάτης, τους ανέφερα ότι αυτό συνιστά παραπλάνηση και η μόνη απάντηση ήταν ότι «ο νόμος μας το επιτρέπει».
