Psitopolis (Grilltown) — Restaurant in Municipality of Patras

Very rude staff.

I ordered, finished my meal and then I asked why they don't provide some water to the customers. Maybe I am wrong and maybe I can't have access to some water and my point of view is unreasonable. I understand... However the member of staff to whom I adressed my issue told me that he just works there. So I asked him to tell this to the manager/owner of the shop and he replied that he is gonna go on vacation soon..

Either he is very smart and he knows how to handle complaints (kekw) Or over there its allowed to answer random stuff to people when they have complaints? After I turned my back and I was about to leave he was talking with other members of staff and I asked him again if he did pass my complain to them. He asked me why should I tell them, and that I should tell them if I wanted to...

I had the obligation to explain to this guy that I just wanted to share my complain with one person and that he has to pass it over to someone else because it's not my job to do this. I think elementary school students would understand this.

I did write this because I wanted the management to see what's going on behind their back and also to go against this guy's will to hide my complain yesterday(18 July around 00:30).

Civilized people...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Greek gyros restaurant. Not only was the gyros burnt and the food arrived 30 minutes late, but the sight of pigeons swimming in the sauce of a leftover salad was truly appalling. At one point pigeons started flying out of the kitchen! This level of hygiene and food quality is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. To be fair the restaurant was understaffed but...

Ο ψηστης που εργαζοταν στις 17:30, 16/6/2022 δεν θα επρεπε να απευθυνθείνει καθόλου τον λόγο σε πελάτες γιατί ηταν αγενέστατος και αντί- επαγγελματίας. Ζήτησα πολυ ευγενικα αν μπορω να παρω μια πιτα στο χερι και αν γίνεται να κατσω για λιγο σε ενα τραπεζι και να φυγω. Δεν με καλωσόρισε οταν ρωτησα σε ποιον να παραγγείλω γιατι ηταν και μια κοπελα πισω απο τον παγκο αυτος με νευρα και υφος με ρωτησε "ΤΙ ΘΕΛΕΙΣ?", Οταν του ειπα τι θελω (βλεπετε παραπανω) η απαντηση του ηταν δεν γινεται αυτο να κατσω σε ενα τραπεζι και να μου παρει παραγγελία ο σερβιτόρος, του απαντησα παλι ευγενικα " οκ συγνωμη εγω για να σας διευκολύνω το ειπα. Τοτε αρχισε να μου φωναζει αδικαιολογητα και να λεει "ΔΕΝ ΓΙΝΕΤΑΙ ΡΕ ΠΑΙΔΙ ΜΟΥ ΑΥΤΗ ΕΙΝΑΙ Η ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ ΤΟΥ ΜΑΓΑΖΙΟΥ! ΠΗΓΑΙΝΕ ΚΑΤΣΕ ΣΕ ΕΝΑ ΤΡΑΠΕΖΙ!" Ενω εγω δεν επέμεινα αυτος βρηκε αφορμη για να ξεσπασει τα νευρα του επανω μου.Γυρνοντας την πλατη του. Και φωναζοντας.Αισθανθηκα τοσο αβολα που πηρα την μητερα μου και φυγαμε.
