Fabulous and consistent are the attributes to be stressed here! We had dined here 3yrs ago and fallen in love with the beautiful garden setting. Coming back for my birthday dinner was the perfect choice as it turned out.

Spyros Tranakas, chef and owner welcomed us and made sure everyone's individual needs were taken care of.

Besides kids-compatible menu options, we ordered for the grown-ups: an artisanal tuna tartare, nicely balanced with fruity and umami flavors, tuna filet grilled à point toppping a lovely garden salad with a steal-the-show dressing, and my personal favorite, lobster linguine boasting with flavor in every bite. Pairing the menu with an elegant Ovilos White of Ktima Biblia Chora was like the icing on the cake.

We went there for the vegan moussaka. We had to wait for ages because (as we were told when we asked after waiting for 40 minutes), they make it from scratch. It was disgusting. It was basically a bunch of lentils and 2 or 3 pieces of aubergine floating in a sea of bechamel that had a very strong cheesy taste. No potatoes, super salty, no layers, just random pieces that you had to fish out of the awful cheesy bechamel. I've had delicious vegan moussakas in Greece, it's not hard. We were super disappointed. The service is super slow (we even had to wait 15 min to get our wine while the waitress was busy rearranging menus) and everything is overpriced (8 EUR for the water, when it's 1 or 2 EUR in other restaurants). An exceptional restaurant with unforgettable charm the food is incredibly tasty combining traditional Greek flavors with a creative modern twist every dish was prepared with care and presented beautifully the waitress was extremely kind welcoming and attentive making the whole experience even more enjoyable the atmosphere is warm cozy and full of character you truly feel like you’re dining at a friend’s home rather than just a restaurant everything from the service to the decor shows how much love and effort they put into making guests feel special highly recommended and definitely a place I would return to again and again thank you for such a wonderful experience and if I ever visit the island again this restaurant will be the very first place I go without hesitation Also there is a 10 percent discount if...
