Unfortunately, a very bad experience.
We visited on July 31st, 2025, as two families with four small children (aged 2–4), and one of us was using crutches. We sat outside and placed our order, but suddenly a heavy rainstorm broke out. The waitstaff – polite and hard-working – rushed to lower the awnings, getting soaked in the process as they tried to protect the customers. Unfortunately, most of the awnings were leaking badly, and one even collapsed under the weight of the water. Guests were left standing, completely drenched, trying to find shelter.
The staff kindly suggested we move inside temporarily until the rain stopped – which we did, especially considering the young children. A little while later, the owner appeared and began yelling at the staff with complete disregard for what was happening.
Although we were seated at an empty indoor table, the owner forced the staff to serve us food meant for another group, and then asked us to get up so those other customers could take our place. A kind waitress apologized and offered us to wait next door at the souvenir shop (also owned by the same person). However, even there, the owner told us to move, saying: “Step aside so the customers can pass.”
In the end, we left in the rain, with small children and a person on crutches.
The behavior of the owner was appalling. The staff did their absolute best and were wonderful, but sadly, that is not enough to redeem the experience. We will not be returning and cannot...
Read moreWe were initially welcomed warmly by a staff member who pointed us to an available table and told us, “You’re welcome here.” We sat down and placed our belongings on the table, beginning to settle in. Moments later, the manager approached us and told us we had to move to another table (one in a grimy alleyway, near bins and far less comfortable) claiming the original table was “reserved for the yacht people.”
There was no “reserved” sign on the table, nor were we informed of this when we were seated. The only thing that seemed to set us apart was that my mother wears a hijab. The shift in attitude felt sudden and hostile, as if we were no longer welcome once they noticed us more closely.
Whether the reason was classism or discrimination, the outcome was the same: we were singled out and made to feel unwelcome and disrespected. It was not just poor hospitality, it was morally indecent. No guest, regardless of background, appearance, or perceived social status, deserves to be treated as second-class.
We left immediately and chose not to give our money to a place that shows such disregard for basic human decency. I strongly urge others, especially those from minority backgrounds, to be cautious when considering this restaurant. We hope no one else has to experience the...
Read moreVery disappointing food experience ! Not sure what people are raving about, but after 6 days in Poros eating around, this was by far the worst food experience we had. We ate seafood spaghetti and stuffed squid. Spaghetti barely had any sauce, was pretty dry with a few pieces of seafood in it. Squid was completely overcooked and so chewy. Honestly, super disappointing. The worst part is that nobody even bothered to ask how was the food and we didnt want to make fuss. The owner was dancing and entertaining other guests inside. They seemed to have fun. They should pay more attention to the quality of food, its a restaurant at the end of the day. Perhaps people fall for the entertainment and overall busy look of the place, but honestly very disappointing dining experience. Would definitely not recommend as there are many many other places on the island that serve...
