It looks fine and classy, but that makes it even more disappointing.
It’s my first time giving a review, but it’s also the first time I’ve ever been so disappointed.
We had to wait an hour for our food, given it was full, but there was no prior warning or anything. It felt like two dishes were completely forgotten, after finally receiving it, noodles were not done and the meat was extremely dry and chewy.
You also had to ask for salt and pepper, to make it at least a bit more enjoyable. Not only that, pasta gets served without a spoon (might be a new experiment). On top of that, when we wanted to order water, they told us to wait about 10 minutes so they can serve it cold, to our surprise! we didn’t receive any water at the end..
The service itself was also quite underwhelming, not only did the waiter/waitress not come by to ask/check up. Empty dishes were just left there while they looked, basically stared at it, seems like they had a conflict with themselves if they want to work or not. Waiters were constantly using their phones.
The whole experience ended by having to pack up your own pizza in a shabby box that looks like it was found on the street, and having to find a waiter so you can finally pay.
I don’t know if the whole Team had a bad day, since the atmosphere did feel kind of off, but it was quite disappointing and a waste of money.
If you sit inside, you might even get a club experience with extremely loud music. Very refreshing!!
Everything would’ve been fine if there was a warning and/or more...
Read moreThe place looks really classy and impressed us with 4.6 stars. But if I could rate this evening with 0 stars, I would.
There was no water, supposedly the bottles were put in the fridge first and it would take 10-20 minutes for them to cool down. Spoiler- at the end we still had no water.
My octopus had to be caught first. 30 minutes later it was ready. It was actually very tasty, hence the 3 stars for the food.
Apparently we also had an imaginary friend, Sven, who likes to sit in front of empty plates and glasses. There is no other way to explain why the dishes were not cleared.
Another half hour later, 3 of 5 main courses arrived. It was delicious, even if we had to salt it (ah forgot, we had to ask for that too). Ohh and eating linguine with a knife and fork instead of a spoon and fork is also a bombastic experience.
10 minutes later the rest of the pasta arrived. It was neither al dente nor dente al. However, my siblings now have sore cheek muscles because they had to chew so hard.
When the waiters apparently realized that the evening was over and they can’t fix it, they didn't even bother. When we asked to take the rest of the pizza with us, they pulled the most disgusting pizza box out of the bin.
My tip to you - if you're busy, understaffed and stressed, you'd better warn your visitors about the long...
Read moreOne star is already a generous rating for this place! The food was completely tasteless I added a lot of salt just to get a bit of flavor, but still, nothing! I asked for pasta, but what they brought me was something entirely different!
The waiter asked us, “Would you like us to offer you a little dessert?” and out of politeness we said yes. But in the end, when he brought the bill and we saw the receipt, he had actually charged us for the desserts. What a shame!
And the desserts were terrible such an awful and tasteless dessert, I’ve honestly never had anything like that before!
He also asked us, “If it’s easy for you and you’d like, could you leave a tip for the team?” That was the first time I’ve ever been asked to leave a tip at a restaurant.
Everyone there was completely unacceptable!
While we were still eating and our plates were full, the waiters kept asking, “Can I take...
