Edit - response to restaurant reply - It was an accident. We moved the bowl so it was closer to us and it broke in my hand. At no point did anyone check if I was ok - it cut my hand! We didnt put the glass in the bowl, 2 of your staff members were there when it happened. It broke in my hand. The drink was left on the table then a few minutes later it was removed by the female waitress, to which she said she would get us another one. When I asked where our drink was, we were asked what the problem was and that as we had broken the bowl we had to pay if we wanted another drink. As you can see, we are being blamed as if it was intentional, it was an pure accident upon moving the bowl.

DO NOT GO HERE!! We went in here as it looked nice, ordered our drinks - a fish bowl. We had to ask at least 6 times for an ash tray - there were people around us smoking so nothing out of the ordinary. We got greeted with grumpy rude groans when we asked. We asked to pay the bill and whilst doing so we moved our bowl of drink, which we had only drunk at least half of. In moving the bowl in broke in my hand!! They took my money and one of the waitresses took the bowl and said they would make us a new one. After about 15 minutes, we asked where our drink was... we were then told we had to pay for the bowl and buy a new drink!! We asked why, it was an accident and the bowl broke in our hands and that we were told we would get a new drink. They refused to give a refund or make us a drink, we would have been happy with a glass of something each but no. We decided to leave and they stood by us and made sure we left, like we were some kind of criminal. DO NOT...

Spending the week in Rhodes for our 5th year anniversary gave us plenty of opportunity to local restaurants. Bliss caught our eye due to the premium Wookah Pipes available to customers. The atmosphere on arrival was welcoming, Bliss was plenty busy which usually indicates popularity. After being seated we were served quickly and politely. Within 10minutes of placing our order our Shisha & Mocktails arrived followed by our selected dishes. This was impressive. Short waiting times really show value to me as a customer; even under the busy circumstances we were served like we were the only customers. Fast, efficient & polite.
