Where do I even start with this absolute gem of a place? I’ve honestly never had cocktails that tasted this good in my life, every sip just made me want to stay longer and try more. You can feel the quality in every detail, from the ingredients, to the beautiful glassware, to the heart and soul the business owner Nikos pours into everything he does.

Meeting Nikos and seeing his passion firsthand was something special, the way he talks about the history behind each drink and the love he puts into creating them makes the whole experience unforgettable.

If you’re in Rhodes you have to put this place on your list. It’ll change the way you think about cocktails forever, and to top it off it’s just so lovely to be welcomed by such a warm, friendly face...

Nikos the owner is an amazing host and makes you feel so welcome. He has great knowledge of the area and gave us lots of insight and tips. Such a friendly guy. The bar itself has a great atmosphere and great cocktails, we sampled quite a few. Also and to my delight he has teamed up with a local micro brewery and was able to offer me a range of IPA’s and other bottled beers and where all accompanied with nibbles (popcorn, crisps, pretzels and fresh raw veg) Although we didn’t sample the finger food, what we observed looked very appetising and well presented. Εδώ και χρόνια εμπειρίας πάνω στη διασκέδαση της νύχτας και συνάμα καταναλωτής αλκοολούχων ποτών... Έχω να πω τα εξής: Αυτό που σου προσφέρει το Nordinary - Ο Νικόλας όσο και να το περιγράφω θα είναι πολύ λίγο μπροστά σε αυτό που γεύεται το στόμα. Ο Νίκος έχει αληθινό μεράκι και πάντα ένα χαμόγελο στο πρόσωπο. Είναι λάτρης της λεπτομέρειας. Συγκεκριμένα μιλάω για την αγάπη του στον τομέα των κοκτέιλ αλλά και του καφέ όπως και στην επαφή με τον κάθε πελάτη του. Έχω δοκιμάσει πολλά σε διάφορα μπαρ και σε διάφορες χώρες, η ποιότητα του Νίκου απλά σου γεμίζει το στόμα με γεύσεις που διαρκούν περισσότερο από το αναμενόμενο. Λες και κάνουν πάρτι μέσα στον ουρανίσκο σου. Στο μενού βλέπουμε την ποικιλία του, όπου αυτό που βλέπεις στις φωτογραφίες είναι όντως και αυτό που θα σου σερβίρει. Πέρα από τις γεύσεις παίζει και με τα χρώματα μέσα στα πολύσχέδια ποτήρια του. Πραγματικά είναι γεννημένος για αυτό που κάνει και δίνει απλόχερα στον επισκέπτη του το αίσθημα της αναζωογόνησης και της προσοχής. Η μουσική του είναι τόσο όσο που μπορεί να κάνει κουβέντα κάποιος αλλά και να χορέψει αν το επιθυμεί. Κυρίως ξένη Chill House με διασκευές από 80' έως και του σήμερα.
