Robinson — Restaurant in Municipality of Serifos

Avoid this place at all cost.

We were in a hurry and needed to have a coffee and a simple pastry. This place offered in their menu croissants and daily pies so we decided to go. First surprise, the waitress told us that they only had the expensive full breakfasts not pastries. We ordered the most simple thing they had, a 7€ pancake. They brought us two coffees and a bottle of water we didn't order. For the next 30 minutes we waited for our pancakes while our coffees were getting cold, but they never brought them. The waitresses ignored us while they where attending and serving breakfasts to other costumers. The difference between the other costumers and us was they were Greeks and we weren't.

Because we couldn't wait longer if we wanted to be on time I decided to pay the coffees and leave but they ignored me again so I had to go inside the Cafe to pay. Surprisingly they wanted us to pay 15€. They charged us 3€ for each coffee, 2€ for a bottle of water we didn't order nor touched and 7€ for a pancake they never served. Finally they accepted not to charge the 2€ for the water but I had to pay 13€ because the pancakes had been already ordered although they were never served.

I felt scammed and discriminated for not been Greek. If you are a foreign tourist in Serifos avoid this place at all cost. There are so many other great places in Serifos where you will be welcomed and...

We had a really good time at Robinson. Nice atmosphere, good selection of cocktails and great menu. Perfect place for a cocktail and dinner after a day at the beach. Their menu has a greek soul with some influences so its a good option for a change. We had the chicken bites, very crispy and tender, the grilled halloumi cheese that i think was amazing and one of the specialties of the place, the Pinsa Romana which was very good, to finish it off we had some profiterole with chocolate that were heaven. The staff is very nice and attentive and guide you through any doubts and recommendations. Over all great place, so 100%...

This was truly some of the best food/drink I've ever had. The restaurant is clean, beautiful and right on the water. The food is delicious - well presented and full of flavor. The atmosphere is fun for a night with friends and very suitable for families. I saw the staff were very welcoming to solo guests as well.
