Tourist trap that serves expired food with rudeness. I ordered a vegetarian risotto and it came out a disgusting mushy sludge that was made with ketchup with a thick layer of foul smelling string cheese on top. It was as mushy as a spread, as if it had been frozen and microwaved. Texture-wise, it was inedible as well as flavour-wise with expired ingredients. I tried to send it back and the owner told me that "it was not ready, it can be cooked a bit longer on a pan" How can this be "not ready" when it's already so mushy that it is pretty much liquid? I insisted on sending it back and he told me that he thinks it's good and he will eat it. In the end the dish was added to the bill after he had told me that he will eat it himself and wanted to charge me for HIS meal. This place does not even deserve one star, and even zero stars is too high. Negative five stars for serving expired garbage with utter rudeness. Moreover, it looks like this place exploits foreign...

Out of all the places we could have chosen to have lunch in Loutro, this seemed like one of the best. Plenty of vegetarian options here, I had the vegetable risotto, and shared the spinach saganaki which were both very nice. The tzatziki was also very nice, but the chips weren't the best.

The location is good, and it doesn't seem quite as busy as some of the other tavernas as it's up some steps away from the pavement.

At the end of the meal we were given dessert, which I believe was Greek Yoghurt with some kind of marmalade/candied orange peel which was delicious!

Prices are a bit more than what you would pay in a less touristy location, but overall very good for...

We were served spoiled seafood, and when we tried to send it back, the owner said he likes it, there’s nothing wrong with it, and the only problem is that we don’t like it. My wife and I each had just one bite, and we both ended up with food poisoning and diarrhoea for three days. They even kept the dish on the bill, and only after 10 minutes of arguing did they agree to remove it—without any apology or concern. Terrible service, unsafe food, and a complete lack of accountability....
