Very disrespectful behaviour towards animals!!!We asked from the owner ,the one with the glasses, to give us a plastic box so that we can put some water for an exhausted cat and his answer was very rude,and obviously he never offered water. He told us that the tavern feeds officially two cats and the rest of them are pushed away because they don't want them to sit on the tables(well,the two cats that they have are trained and the rest of them are not)?Needless to say that there is plenty of space around the tavern where they could put at least some water!!! I have never met that kind of behaviour ever before, especially in Cyclades people are supposed to take care of cats which are vital part of their culture and emblematic figures of the cycladic islands.The poor cat was really exhausted,very skinny and also very afraid.While we were there one client pushed it away with his feet, too. This behaviour is unacceptable in general and it shows the whole mindset of the tavern's owners towards...

During our recent visit to Sifnos, we stumbled upon a truly delightful taverna right on Fasolou Beach — and what a find it was! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with authentic Greek flavor and made with what tasted like fresh, local ingredients.

The prices were surprisingly reasonable, especially given the quality of the food and the beautiful beachside location. It’s rare to find a place that combines great food, excellent service, and such value for money — all in a charming, peaceful setting just steps from the sea.

We had such a fantastic experience at Fasolu Restaurant - Beach Bar that we ended up eating there three times during our four-day stay in Sifnos — and each visit was just as memorable as the last!

The customer service was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their recommendations on food and wine were spot-on every time, and they took the time to explain the dishes and suggest pairings based on our preferences.

And the food... wow. Every dish was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious — especially the lamb chops, which were hands-down the best we've had anywhere in Greece.
