Kouzinaki — Restaurant in Municipality of Sifnos

We chose to go to this place purely based on the reviews. The balcony was very well decorated. So for the atmosphere 🏆 The waitress seemed extremely polite smiley and that was a fantastic welcoming!

I initially liked their short menu and their prices. When it comes to the food. I think they need to sort out the name of the plates on their menu. When they use the word tubule, they should offer tubule. What we got was tasty but it wasn’t tubule. It was purely bulgur wheat without any parsley flavour. Also I believe there wasn’t the right balance on the portion of bulgur wheat with the rest of the veggies. The bread, was nothing special. I was expecting something handmade, with some olive oil for dipping. Completely boring!

Now let’s talk about the mains. My friend’s main was really good, mouthwatering and good portion-wise.

When it comes to my main course I can only say that it was completely disappointing. The reason was that on the menu says chicken with dried tomatoes, onions and feta. Based on what I got they should say onions,dried tomatoes and some tiny pieces of chicken.

Honestly I was super surprised when I saw the appearance of the plate, that was bad and looking for the chicken under the onions. (I took a photo of the plate when it came to the table from the kitchen and when I separated the chicken pieces. There wasn’t even 100gr of chicken on my plate. 12€ for that plate? I am sorry but I found it disrespectful for the people you serve your food. The taste was good, but I am not rating the taste at the moment but the ridiculous portion because I ordered chicken and no dried tomato.

The waitress was good and asked us if everything was alright, and I explained her by showing a picture but there wasn’t any other action from the restaurant. So based on that I am assuming they are happy with the portion they served me.

Well I would say that even if I was annoyed by the way they handled my case, I would still recommend them. But i would give them 2 stars because I won’t return. iIf you are looking to eat something good and with ok prices, you can choose to go to this place, just avoid taking...

The staff are not at all willing I ordered cokes and they didn't bring me what we want bring something else careless overpriced you rude don't go.

I recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant that left me feeling quite frustrated. The staff working there seemed uninterested and unwilling to accommodate my simple request. I had ordered a couple of cokes, but to my dismay, they didn't bring me what I had specifically asked for. Instead, they brought something else entirely, as if they didn't pay attention to my order at all. It was a careless mistake that only added to my growing dissatisfaction.

To make matters worse, I found the prices at this establishment to be exorbitant, considering the quality of service and the overall experience. It felt like they were overcharging me for what I was receiving, which left me feeling both disappointed and taken advantage of.

What bothered me the most, however, was the rude behavior exhibited by the staff. Their lack of willingness to rectify their mistake and their dismissive attitude towards my concerns was completely uncalled for. I believe that customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of any mishaps that may occur.

I love this new Restaurant and highly recommend it. The young chefs, Niki and Peiro, are extremely talented. The food is excellent and the menu has a nice mix of both traditional Greek dishes and innovative modern Mediterranean dishes. The tabouleh salad is outstanding. In fact, all the salads are very very good, as are the meat dishes. There's a rich variety of flavours here but none of the dishes is too heavy. The seating is outside on a covered porch with a wide view of the valley below Apollonia and the sea beyond it. The service is excellent and the chefs are very accommodating. They graciously made a special dish for one of our party who has serious dietary restrictions. They also make their own deserts. The wine list is small, but has some nice selections.
