Exquisite Dining Experience in Sifnos: A 5-Star Culinary Journey

We had the most incredible dining experience at Nival Restaurant as a part of our stay in Sifnos - we dined there 3 times.

The food was an absolute highlight. Each dish was a masterpiece of Greek cuisine. I savored the flavors of traditional Sifnian dishes, and they were prepared to perfection. The freshness of the ingredients truly shone through, and I could taste the love and care put into each plate. The chefs passion shines through the food.

Our 1st night we arrived late by ferry and had saganaki, squid and Beef picanha. SOOO GOOD. It was beautifully presented and all the components on the dish were carefully curated. Although we did go into town for other restaurants…. we kept finding ourselves back at Nival it was so good. My husband ordered the beef again it was so good and I tried the Skioufihta pasta with the peach salad as appetizer. The final night on island I opted for the linguine and my husband had the pork tagliata. All nights we received a complimentary halva cheesecake. So good!

The ambiance was delightful. The restaurant's setting, with its picturesque view of the Chora and sleek decor, made it a memorable dining spot. It's the perfect place for a romantic evening or a special celebration or for no occasion it is so good.

I can't recommend this restaurant enough! If you're in Sifnos, don't miss the opportunity to dine here. It's a culinary gem that deserves all five stars and more. I'll be returning without a doubt when back in...

Nival restaurant is definitely a must visit, every dish is bursting with flavor. For starters we had the zucchini fritters which tasted very fresh, crispy on the outside and soft and very tasty on the inside, we also had the very fresh seabass ceviche with an interesting mix, with the freshness of watermelon and a hint of spicy taste. For mains, the seabass filet was super, flavorful and juicy accompanied with an amazing sauce, while the salmon served with risotto is cooked just right, also tasted fresh, and not dry. Kudos to the chef, the food was absolutely delicious! We had 4 dishes and especially enjoyed the grilled peach salad and the mastelo.
