CANADIAN PIZZA-GYROS — Restaurant in Municipality of Sithonia

A tavern with two locations: one by the sea (marina) and one on the street, across the road. The food is acceptable: that is if you're not sick of pork meat in little slices with fries potatoes, a slice of tomato, a couple of red onions and a spoon of tzatziki (gyros). We ate here in two days. At the location in the street, a very nice and kind, fair young lady waitress serves. Bravo! Well done! At the location by the sea: a waiter who, although he seems rushed and careless, knows all too well what he is doing. We were two families, with two separate bills. I asked for one more beer, just one, and he loaded both bills with a beer. He didn't actually give us the detailed payment notes, but verbally communicated us how much we had to pay. We came across Pepa’s place in July 2014 whilst touring Grease only planning to stay one night before moving on. However what we found here and the people and accommodation led us to stay for a week. We would strongly recommend a stay here as the staff (especially Pepa) were among the most helpful and friendly we have come across. The accommodation was perfect and so reasonably priced. We even received a discount in the attached ‘Canadian Pizza Restaurant’. Its our policy not to return to a location once visited but Marmara and especial Pepa’s house for us is the exception to the rule. I have the fondest memories of our stay there that are personal and special to me made more memorable by the warm friendly people at Pepa’s Arthur...

At first we went for lunch and had gyros a portion and a wrap, it was good and tasty. One of the following days we went for dinner without reservation, i think it was early and that’s why they had a table for us. The food was great again, the portions big. We had the stuffed bread that I recommend with two hands, it was very good, the big ceaser salad also very tasty, and pasta with shrimps, the shrimps were amazing! The atmosphere is very overcrowded, the tables are very close to each other, but we were okay with that.
