MARIA VILLAGE STUDIOS — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

We, a family with 7 month old son, stayed there at the beginning of June 2014. The villa has very good location, near to a supermarket and a couple of taverns and a pizza restaurant. It is also situated a 15 minutes away by walk from the Karidy beach. The room we stayed in was on the second floor. It was clean and nicely decorated and equipped with everything necessary for a family with children. The people who run the place are very kind and warm. We got flat tire on our pram and they arranged it to be fixed in a couple of ours so we could rolling out again on the same day. We spend 1 week in this hotel in July 2015 and were very happy everything there. ||The rooms are small but since one only sleeps inside this was not an issue. The room had a queen size bad plus a bunk bed. There is a an amazing yard with all necessities for kids aged 2 to 10. Also there are a BBQ and "picnic" tables in yard. Additionally the location is just perfect are at least 5 great restaurants within 5 minutes walk + a grocery store just 50meters from the hotel.||Service wise, since this Hotel is operated as a family business everything was well cared of and the owners were very polite and helpful.||Overall this is the perfect place for a budget family vacation!||||P.S. It's a beautiful place, especially for kids - great playground, and outdoor area for adults also. There's an outdoor kitchen also with clothes washing machine. You can easily get to the local beach from the property area and Karidi beach is 10 minutes walking distance from it. Room we stayed at is not so big, but is functioning great for a small family of four, there is small kitchen with everything you need to cook at. The only thing that is not so great is small bathroom, shower without shower door or curtain, but with everything else that is so great you can manage to work it out.
