Salt & Pepper — Restaurant in Municipality of Southern Corfu

During my holidays in Corfu, I had the pleasure of discovering Salt & Pepper, a truly amazing restaurant that went far beyond my expectations! The food was simply incredible – every dish prepared with love, authentic flavors, and a special attention to detail.

What made the experience even more unique was the fact that behind the kitchen was a talented Albanian chef, Mrs. Teuta, whose golden hands created dishes that left us absolutely speechless.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service excellent, and the meals reflected not only professionalism but also soul. It felt like being at home, but with a table full of extraordinary Mediterranean flavors.

The food at this restaurant is delicious – definitely worth 5 stars. However, the service was incredibly slow. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, but everything still moved at a snail’s pace. We had to wait a long time just to get menus, even though we were the only new guests at the time.

One thing I really don’t understand (and I’ve noticed this happen in other restaurants too): when I order a starter, why don’t they bring the starter first? Visited in our last night and enjoyed a lot. Got a table in the corner straight away and were brought menus. The food came very quickly, I had the chicken gyros which was amazing and the best one I have had while being here. All staff were very nice and attentive.
