1 person was working the counter, 1 person is stocking the display cases, 1 person standing at coffee machine. The line was 15 deep. 10 people in front of myself and my husband (65, 71). Waiting patiently for our turn, which is now going on 20 minutes (neither the stock girl or coffee girl moved to assist the older counter lady with the white hair). The line is getting longer behind us and a family of 4, with 2 children joined the wait. I am now almost in the front and she calls the family of 4 to the front of the line. Well, how rude!!!!!!! There are 2 people in front of me and they are pissed. Can’t believe this counter lady had the audacity to pick who she decides is in need of being fed, being diabetic, having a heart condition, elder, or something she obviously can’t see which doesn’t count in her simple. I’m shocked but don’t say anything. I think reviews are better. Her friend now walks to the counter and orders food and coffee speaking Greek (has an id badge on) OMG. She also calls a Captain to the front. I’m now pissed. I finally get to order. My drink that I picked up 15 minutes ago is totally empty. (Ugh is all I thought). This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EVER EVER EXPERIENCED. Don’t waste a minute of ur time at the Pizza...
Read moreShockingly bland food, which also wasn't even close to as described on menu (missing topping, wrong ingredients, etc.). Poor service. Overpriced (example: €4 for a small bottle of Coke). I watched them continuously act annoyed at another table for no reason. They brought bread to my table, just putting it down saying "this is for you." When I later questioned if it was the thing I had actually ordered (because it didn't seem to be), they said "it's bread & service, it's €2.50." At the end, they asked how everything was....I didn't mention the tastelessness, but did say that I wasn't happy about being given/charged for bread I didn't want or order, at which point they got quite standoffish and rude. That's when I discovered the earlier bad reviews here. Don't waste your time or money;...
Read moreI was disappointed to find that there's a mandatory €2.50 fee just for sitting at a table, which isn’t mentioned upfront. Additionally, the restaurant doesn’t offer a takeaway option, forcing customers to either dine in and pay the fee or choose not to order at all.
What’s even more concerning is the amount of food waste I observed. Many customers left substantial amounts of food on their plates, which was promptly thrown away. This lack of sustainability is troubling, especially when a simple solution like allowing customers to take their leftovers would make a significant difference. It's a real shame to see such waste when it could be...
