The worst starbucks I have been to in my life. I asked for an ice matcha latte, and he asked me if I want it cold or hot, and I replied cold as it is an ice matcha latte. He took a paper cup, which was confusing to me because cold drinks go in the plastic cup. I asked him to use the plastic cup because I don’t like cold drinks from the paper one, and he replied okay. He gave me my matcha in the paper cup, to which I replied that I asked for the plastic cup, and he replied that that is the plastic cup. When I realizes he did a hot matcha, I told him I asked for an ice matcha. He started screaming, saying he asked me three times if I wanted a hot or cold one and that I replied three times that I wanted a hot one, not true of course, why would I do that. He started questioning what is my first language and saying that I don’t understand english, which is absolutely not true as it’s the language I use every day. He of course wasn’t fluent and had a very low level of english, as he even thought that the paper cup is a plastic cup, so I found it very ridiculous that he was questioning my communication skills. Very arrogant, unprofessional, and slow person I have seen in a Starbucks in my life, and I go every day. The manager was present, and I said that I hope not all his employees are like that, to which he did not even reply. I do not...

During my journey to Newark, New Jersey via Athens with Emirates, I had a pleasant surprise when I stumbled upon a Starbucks while heading to the departure area. Intrigued, I decided to indulge in a Caffe Mocha and paired it with a Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap. Both items exceeded my expectations.

The Caffe Mocha was rich and satisfying, with a perfect balance of espresso, chocolate, and steamed milk, topped with a dollop of creamy foam. It provided a delightful caffeine boost before my flight.

Accompanying the drink was the Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap, which was surprisingly delicious. The wrap was warm and flavorful, filled with fluffy egg whites, savory feta cheese, and nutritious spinach, all neatly enveloped in a soft tortilla.

The combination of the Caffe Mocha and the wrap made for a satisfying and convenient meal on the go. The experience at Starbucks added a touch of comfort and familiarity to my travel day, making it a memorable part...

I visited the Starbucks in the Athens International Airport on June 3, 2023 at 14:28PM and was treated with disrespect. I purchased a sandwich and a bottle of water. When I scanned my credit card and asked for a bag the Barista (Lioni) threw the receipt at me. When I inquired about the rude behavior, she ignored me, rolled her eyes, and moved on to the next customer. I'm not sure what prompted this behavior and was shocked at her actions. Interestingly, I visited this same store 20 minutes prior to rude interaction and the Barista (a different one) was so pleasant. I'm not sure if it was implicit bias against me as a woman of color, however, being rude to paying customers is unacceptable! I am a loyal Starbucks customer and admire the mission of the organization. Barista Lioni did not reflect the mission or values...

Not sure this deserves the bad reviews based on our visit. We were visiting from the UK and our hot chocolate and latte were of the standard we are used to from Starbucks. The cups of drinks we had could have been filled a little higher as you can see from the photos. There was one member of staff and about 8-10 customers and service was no problem. Plus cafĆ© was clean and tables fully wiped. Yes there is some extra charge on the bill but this is for the plastic cups (10’cents each) and is a plastic tax. In the UK it’s done the other way around ie you get a discount if you don’t use their plastic cups. There is an extra charge too for oat milk but again used to this at Starbucks and Nero in the UK. We didn’t try one here but they also had the nice cookies we often buy in the UK and other places.

One of the worst Starbucks in the world. This specific one at the international airport of Greece. First of, they have stale coffee…secondly the oat milk was probably opened and stay outside for long… it’s one of the worst coffee I have ever had from Starbucks, considering I am a loyal fun of their coffee. The service was brutally bad, you’d feel they are stealing your money and they don’t care about it. It was dirty! Never ever again. I would advise you pass the gates and go straight inside there’s a better Starbucks with great service and very clean to say the least. Or rather just go to other caffes next to this specific Starbucks. Save you pennies from this horrible experience. I’m speaking about the Starbucks that is right before you pass the security gates.

Actually I was looking for a plain old ice cream but I couldn't find any so while walking around my eye caught an advertising saying ICED LATTE and it looked great with cream and syrup or something. So I order an ICED LATTE but I got something completely different. After a little talk with the staff the best he could do was some cream on top. Later I found out that this ICED LATTE falls in the category GINGERBREAD. Apparently there is also a category TOFFEE NUT. Too complicated for my simple brain. Next time I'll just point at the picture I want. If I ever visit a Starbucks anyway. Why support anything American. It's all bad for your health and the money flows to bombs and rockets anyway.
