Your entire enterprise has become ridiculous!

I honestly do not understand how did Prêt allowed for this branch to open. Did you not do any quality control or gave them some guidelines on how to properly make the sandwiches? I had 2 sandwiches that I have eaten at a branch in NY, London and Dubai so I have something to compare it to. The breads were both the wrong ones, too soggy, not the right texture or taste. The avocados were dry… not sure you managed to do that, but they were dry and hanging in the outside of the bread.

Simply horrible experience! The Athens branch should be ashamed of themselves and HQ should seriously...

BLT sandwich was definitely too old to be sold to customers. The lettuce was completely soggy and the tomatoes had a weird taste. Store manager and another person had just been rearranging the stock in the fridge when I grabbed it, so I am sure they know that they are selling food that has been sitting there way too long.

The worst most horrible service I’ve ever experienced at a Pret or anywhere. I didn’t know whether the guy was taking my order or not. He just stood there mumbling to himself and then asked me to pay. Of course they got the order wrong and gave me a matcha. I had to double check that my drinks were decaf and no one bothered. And on top of that the drinks tasted awful! More water than anything else and the flat white cup wasn’t even half full.I wish I didn’t spend my money there at all....
