The Beer House — Restaurant in Municipality of Spata - Artemida

To call this place a restaurant is generous as they don’t seem to know how to operate like one. The only “restaurant” in the entire gate area that isn’t pre- packaged food sounds like a good place to eat a meal before an international flight, if you can get any food. We arrived 10:45 am and were told breakfast had closed and lunch opened at 11:30 am. Already an insane practice for an airport at an international gate which serves incoming and outgoing flights to all time zones and is once again the ONLY option here. We had the time to wait until 11:30 am, only to be told at 11:30 that they would need “around 15 more minutes or so” which put our boarding schedule at risk. After waiting 45 minutes, resorted to a pre made grab and go sandwich that took another 15 minutes in line, likely as they are now the only food option here. Absolute joke of a set up but now reading the reviews about food poisoning I guess I should be happy...

If I could award this place less than a one star I would. The worst service ever. Disgusting and bland food. Huge waste of time and money. Waited an hour for a a simple ceaser salad with chicken and no bacon (they messed up this order somehow and had to remake it with no bacon) and a chicken burger with no bacon (again, messed up this order and brought it out with bacon & had to take it back to the kitchen). Waitress was rude and appeared inconvienced by her own mess up of the order. Unbelievable that with 15+ reviews of 1 star, that this place doesn’t even try to shape up and provide customers with at least a half decent meal and service! AVOID THIS PLACE AT...

Absolutely terrible. I had the brunch, the so called 'crispy bacon" was soggy and fresh from the microwave, the beans were anemic, the sausage was a cheap, thin, Frankfurter, the fried eggs were hard, the toast cold and toasted on one side only, tomatoes microwaved. I asked for decaf coffee which was included- no decaf so asked for orange juice (also included) no orange juice. And all this took hslf an hour to arrive! I wish I could say the staff were good but they were not. He did his best to encourage me to eat elsewhere, then I had to ask for everything salt, pepper, sauce etc. Do yourself a favour and eat...
