Beautiful ambiance and intriguing menu offered. The dishes are creative and appealing, I was genuinely excited to try them. However, the level of professionalism exhibited by the waitstaff is disappointing.

I understand that the restaurant industry can be demanding, and your team may have been busy. A friendly and attentive demeanor is essential for providing a positive experience, though! Unfortunately, my experience fell short in this regard.

During my meal, I encountered an issue where a fly was stuck in my pancakes, covered in praline. This was quite alarming, as it suggested a lapse in food safety and hygiene. I noticed the fly moving as the waitress carried my plate, and it seemed that she did not pay attention to this detail. When I brought this to her attention, her response was somewhat dismissive, and she appeared annoyed. She simply said, “um, okay,” before returning with a replacement plate, simply stating in an ironic manner, “we will replace it, ok?”

The service is not the best, it took the waiter some time to acknowledge our presence there, took even longer to come back to us and ask for the order. At the end it was a bit weird since the waiter came and started looking underneath the cutlery for the check, which she did not bring in the first place. The flat white was good, the tomato omelette was good and the French toast too. I would have appreciated if the flat white was served in a ceramic mug, not a glass.
