Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for my first time in Santorini. The owners stayed until very late to help us check-in as our flight was delayed past midnight whilst also having trouble getting our rental car. The gentleman helped us carry both 20kg suitcases into our room (up the stairs) and as we walked into our apartment, they had left us some marble cake, water and fruit (the best marble cake I have ever tasted). We were amazing by our apartment, so beautiful and the beds we so comfy. Robes were also good quality too. This hotel is in the quiet area of Santorini and I am so glad because we really needed a good balance of busier and calmer days. We were very busy the first couple of days out in the towns exploring, but during the last couple of days, we did lots of sunbathing by the pool. They gave us fresh towels for the pool/beds & brought us fresh fruit during the day without asking for it! On the last day we had checked out at 11am and our flight wasn't until 11pm that evening, they let us store our snacks in their fridge, use the pool all day, use the showers and their quiet room to store our cases and get changed there. Over all they really made us feel like family, couldn't do enough for us, and I really felt a 5-star service the entre time. Everything was always pristine, even when they cleaned the room every other day. I would come back here in a heartbeat. They really made my first Greece...
Read moreThis hotel was such a great find! The suites are incredible. We had plenty of space and were able to spread out comfortably. We had separate bedrooms and the adults were able to stay up late, watch tv, cook full meals, and enjoy the night while the kids slept. It’s a short walking distance to a rocky beach. We all were able to enjoy the shore, rocks, and sea anemones. We are already planning our next trip back. We also used a combination of rental car, bus, and fun train for transportation. The hotel is located on the quiet side of the island. The bustling, crowded Oia and Fira are about 40 and 25 minutes away respectively.
We also want to recognize the incredible hospitality of Carolina. She made the hotel feel like we were visiting a family home. We extended our trip because she made us feel welcome and at home. She alone made the trip worth while. Carolina could train the rest of the world in hospitality. Every time our toddler passed reception, she was excited to tell Carolina about her day. Carolina was full of sunshine and was so happy to hear stories from our child. Upon our departure our child wanted to hug Carolina and promised her she would come back to visit as soon as she could! We will definitely return to this hotel. If not for the beautiful views, warm & welcoming architectural design, and perfect pools, then for the incredible hospitality from the staff! You really do feel...
Read moreIn total it was a awesome experience.
We’ve been there 10 days and every day the staff did their maximum to fulfill every wish.
Example: We bought the wrong capsules and the cleaning person saw it, reported it to the reception and they gave us a compatible machine for it - without any necessary interactions of us. We just came back from a trip and they putted the new machine into our Appartement without a word. Wow! That’s service! And also in other cases they showed up there enthusiasm.
The apartments are almost new and it felt like we were the first guests in it. We had our own whirlpool, hided from the views of others. Very romantic!
The Pool area is beautiful designed, depending on the number of guests, at least 3 people can lay down in the shadow. Sometimes the area was very crowded but… we didn’t care and went to the beach (2min to walk). At the beach you can lay for consuming something, without minimum consuming conditions.
The location is perfect if you have a car. You can reach the Vlychada beach (our favorite because very big and not so crowded in total) in less then 5 minutes. The crowded beach in Perissa in the other direction with many bars and restaurants also 5min.
Fira and Oia are more far away. We went there to take photos and walk around, but because of the overtourism there we were so happy to come back to our...
