Incredibly arrogant and unpleasant staff. It wouldn't so much matter that they don't speak a word of English (which may surprise you in a tourist destination, but anything goes with good will), but zero effort to take an order that could have been simply done by pointing at the advertising pictures that cover the whole store. Nothing, zero. Just an arrogant announcement in Greek that they don't speak English, and walking away to the other side of the otherwise completely empty store. Ho provato questo posto il primo giorno in cui sono venuta in Grecia, e nei giorni successivi ho visto che si trovano bar di questa catena un po’ ovunque. Sono davvero ben organizzati e risparmiosi, banalmente un caffè costa da 1.80 € a 2.50 € invece per quelli doppi (al contrario di molti posti in cui per un espresso ti fanno pagare fino a 5 €…). Con circa 11€ (prezzo per due persone) grazie alla promozione, che è attualmente sul cartello fuori dal bar, si possono prendere 2 vaschette grandi con nuggets di vero pollo e patatine + 2 lattine di coca cola. Ci tornerò :).

I tried this place the first day I came to Greece, and in the following days I saw that there are bars of this chain almost everywhere. They are really well organized and economical, trivially a coffee costs from € 1.80 to € 2.50 instead for double ones (unlike many places where they charge up to € 5 for an espresso ...). Seriously understaffed and half of the ingredients the chain normally serves were not available. Coffee was too bitter, and the taste was similar to the one you get when the espresso maker is not cleaned after each use. No W.C....
