Blazer Suites Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Vari - Voula - Vouliagmeni

Extremely poor service. Owner simply greedy. I woke up to no running water. Their excuse was that the city supposedly had turned off the water. I did not observe any city workers working on anything. The night before I had low water pressure and their toilet was not flushing properly. I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience and they said they would speak to the owner. His solution was to simply send bottles of water up to the room. I needed a shower and to prepare for a business meeting. According to them the water issue would not be resolved until 3pm. I was only staying here for one night. Unacceptable. I should have been credited a discount as most business owners would have done so. They've lost me as a customer.

Also, if they were aware of the water outage they should have notified the hotel residents and offered a solution upfront rather than everyone having to call the front desk and figure it out of themselves. Again greedy business with bare minimum customer service.

When I had previously booked through third party and the owner was worried about his online reviews through Orbitz he bent over backwards to rectify the situation. I guess when you book through their own website they simply don't care. I will change my review on the third party site as well. My advice is to not stay at boutique hotels where they are not held accountable by larger entities and always book through third parties as there is more recourse.

Hotel rates higher on third party sites. Using the visibility on their sites to drive traffic to theirs where they offer cheaper rate through their "membership" program and where you ultimately have no recourse and there are zero consequences when owner has no one to answer to as they clearly have zero respect for their clients.

Livid over incident. Again will absolutely never recommend or stay here. They were able to rectify the first incident but this one they apparently do not care to do anything about.

A TRUELY great experience! All the employees are wonderful and very easy to be around. They were very friendly and didn't hesitate to help with anything we needed and time day or night. Internet is fast and available on every floor and specific to your room. The location is in a great location. Parking is easy and it is just shy of a 30 minute drive from Athens and about 10 minutes walk from the beach.

The rooms were well maintained and cleaned every day. The cleaning ladies did everything from changing the sheets, replacing towels, and even cleaning the dishes that were left in the sink! Even the towels were engraved professionally with their hotel name. They do a bag of laundry every five days which is not to bad especially with the size of the bag provided. They come back within 24 hours folded and smelling fresh!

The food we very good as well. Breakfast is provided from 0700-1100 everyday, with a surprising amount of selection to choose from. The food was fresh and the fresh milk and orange juice was absolutely wonderful! The food available at the bar is really good as well. The only problem is it can take a while to get but there is tv on and you can watch whatever you want till your food is ready or connect to the internet and do whatever you need to do on that if need be.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Blazer Suites in Voula, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed.

First and foremost, the owner, Kosta, deserves a special mention. His warm welcome and personal touch added a unique and inviting atmosphere to the hotel. Kosta's commitment to guest satisfaction was truly remarkable.

As a family traveler, I was delighted to find that this hotel is kid-friendly. The staff went out of their way to make my children feel welcome, and the pool to kept them entertained.

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet, which was nothing short of excellent. The variety of options available catered to every palate, and the quality of the food was top-notch. It was a great way to start each day of our trip.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring Athens. Plus, the hotel offered a variety of food options specifically designed for kids, making dining hassle-free and enjoyable for the whole family.
