We came June 1st. We had reserved sunbeds. Surprisingly, it wasn’t packed. Service was a bit slow but tolerable. We liked the location of the sunbeds given to us, in front of the lifeguard. Immediately we asked to reserve the same set for the next day. We were told to be there at 12. Sure enough, next day, Sunday June 2nd we were there at 12. Our requested sunbeds were occupied. Apparently there was a “misunderstanding “ in the reservations for the day. We were put behind the lifeguard, where the serving station and trash was. We asked to be moved to other, unoccupied sunbeds. We were told those were reserved…I guess our reservation didn’t matter but other’s did. While waiting, the gentleman sitting in our previously requested sunbed, came over and told one of the servers, just letting you know I’m leaving. I didn’t have a reservation and asked to sit for 40 minutes. So he didn’t have a reservation! When we asked the young lady in charge if we can be moved there since THAT was the spot we had reserved the previous day, she told us someone else wanted it because they had kids and wanted to be closer to the sea. And, unapologetically, told us they didn’t have reservations either. Anyway, we moved elsewhere. Service was horrible! A simple beer took forever to come. I ordered a second Sol beer….patiently waited about 40 minutes since they obviously had some issues, when I finally asked about my beer, I was told they were out of Sol….so had I not asked I’d still be waiting. Anyway, €40 for a set of sunbeds, €50 for the front rows….i don’t mind paying it but not when the whole service is terrible. We decided to go for an early dinner at 7.30 pm. When we arrived at the beach entrance, we were told that we had to pay for the entrance. We explained to the lady that we were going for dinner but she said that we could wait until 8pm that there will be no entrance fee. I find it ridiculous, especially when you are going for dinner and not for swimming.

In general, the good was ok and pricey, but the white wine that i ordered it was not chilled and it didn't taste as it should. Also the music for that time of the day 8t was too lound. You want more soft music when you are having dinner, and later, they could turn...

Beautiful setting, however service in the restaurant is very slow. We asked up to 5 times to get the bill! There are so many staff wondering around aimlessly which is very frustrating. However the food is fantastic (if not a little on the expensive side) and the guys manning the sunbeds are super - very friendly and attentive. It's important to note, that you have to pay entry to the beach and for the sunbeds, and it’s more on weekends. If you walk up to the top of the beach you can sneak into the beach for free.
