We absolutely loved our food and our server here. While the website describes this as fine dining, we were a bit surprised to find it’s actually poolside—with guests in shorts and flip flops, the ambiance felt more casual than expected. That said, everything else was exceptional. The wine list was impressive, the cocktails were spot-on, and we leisurely enjoyed our evening with drinks, appetizers, entrées, and dessert. Every dish was superb. Our server went above and beyond to accommodate my vegetarian preferences—even consulting the chef about an alternative sauce. Nice place but the food doesn’t live up to expectations.

The guacamole tastes… Greek. Not quite sure what it is that isn’t right, but it isn’t right. Not too bad, just different.

The tacos were so-so. The pork in the Al pastor tacos was too hard and chewy, and they weren’t pineappley enough. The cod tacos were a little dry. The pibil chicken tacos were pretty good. The chicken quesadilla was decent.

The kids’ grilled fish dish was great — good portion and fresh.

Service, atmosphere etc. all great as would be expected at Four Seasons.

Disappointment. Came at around 2 pm to have cocktails and light lunch. Clearly a lot of tables are empty. When they heard we want drinks she stopped and said they are fully booked ? I’m sorry since when this is 5 star hotel service . Come on , it’s lunch , and we definitely will have some food with cocktails …...
