Despite having very tasty food the service was maybe one of the worst I've ever experienced! We have been there twice and both times service was horrendous. The first time we thought it just happened because it was a Saturday and they were swamped (we even excused the fact that it took an hour to bring us a bottle of water, which we had asked for 4 times!!). They also messed up our drink order, despite the waitress coming over twice to make sure she got it right. The second time it was a Wednesday, and still terrible service. We have visited the place so many times since day one, apparently because we love it. Great food and drinks and normal prices. HOWEVER...lately there is a serious problem with the stray cats that are all over the place and even jump on the tables WHILE you are eating... simply we cannot relax and enjoy our dinner. A good reason for me not to visit the place...

We went today for lunch as families with kids. Food was great, super tasty and well presented. We ordered pizza and some nachos, vegetarian burger, club sandwich....all fantastic.
