We were very disappointed with service and food at this place.
We had made a reservation online and received 3 emails confirming the reservation. When we arrived they didn’t have our reservation and blamed the “system”
The atmosphere is beautiful, seaside dining and music choice. THATS IT!
Service - terrible! Difficult to get a waiter. When we finally ordered they mixed up the drinks and took forever to bring the correct bottles. We ordered bottles of wine and they had brought glasses of wine (also charged us)
Food took a long time to come, then they brought everything at once. Appetizers, salads along with the mains. Food was COLD. Must have been sitting for a long time under the heating lamps.
We were 4 people at the table and it became very cramped with all these plates. We had to ask almost beg to have table cleared before dessert. Unbelievable how long they took to come and clean up.
We noticed on other tables people also getting up to find waiters and pour their own wine. All this while managing staff and some wait staff standing in huddles on the stairs… very unprofessional.
We mentioned it to the manager and all he said was “we do have a problem with service, sorry”
We spoke with one of the bus boys and he said they are all new and not trained.
For the price of the dinner we expected proper service. We have better service in a gyros place!
It’s unfortunate because the location is lovely however if we will Spend 500€+ for dinner in Greece I am sure can find another location with proper service and...
Read moreGreat place to sit and relax when it's not too busy, great food and service. Will mention something here that goes for a lot of restaurants. The thing that I have noticed in many restaurants while traveling (reviews by different name in each country)is the bottled water,no problem paying for it,they must ask if you want it first,it must be for sure in glass not in plastic bottle, the label sais 18 Celsius or 64.4 Fahrenheit, that's impossible in the summer. In this particular restaurant its bottled in glass but you don't have a choice of waters to choose from the hardeness is well over 200 while tap water is 150 approximate, there is some bottle waters in the market with hardeness less than 100 and around 100, much too my surprise after paying for 4 bottles with out being asked if I want water I was told that they cannot provide tap water with ice and lemon in a carafe....so I recommend that in all restaurants they should ask before they bring you the water they should give you at least 3 choices of bottle water and ofcouse they should bring ice water in a carafe upon arrival.Better yet like I have seen in a few restaurants is free filtered water no problem paying for filters water even by the glass. It boils down to,in order to keep the customer the many restaurateurs have to find a better way with honesty and finnese to handle the situation with the water.many people are ashamed or scared to discuss it,I...
Read moreThe place is nice but it is probably the worst service I have ever seen. I NEVER give bad reviews but what happened to us was amazing. We ordered our first drinks 3 times because the waiter did not understand and when they finally came the order was wrong, but we didn't say anything. We then wanted to order a second round, we asked a waiter who told us that he is going to tell his colleague. After 25 minutes we asked an other waiter and the same thing happened. After another 30 minutes we asked a third waiter for the bill because we wanted to leave. 20 minutes later the bill did not come, so we tried to find a manager to complain. We told her the situation and instead of going directly to the find someone to come to our table so that we can pay, she stopped on the way to get photographed. Finally someone came at our table so that we could pay. Of course he did not have change with him so we had to wait for another 5 minutes. Before we left a "manager" came to our table in his early 20s. We explained the situation politely and he insisted that they offer us a round of shots. Of course the shots never came so after another 25 minutes...
