Food was delicious and the young baligari guys working here are very efficient. They even accepted the error. It is however a real shame that pricing is incorrect and how aggressive / unprofessional the Cretan bald guy and old lady (mother and son) are…runs in the family I guess. Not a way to treat any customer as we ordered the barbouni fish portion at €14 (stated on menu) and then were charged €16 as per weight by kilo apparently? We had to challenge / question this not because of €2 difference but by mere principle because honesty and transparency in pricing were clearly lacking in the menu. If you are going to charge by weight then state it on your menu. When a customer queries something don’t shout and be rude at them no matter what the issue is - learn to be more polite and courteous. It was ridiculous seeing them being so aggressive and shouting at us and then their own staff in front of all their customers. Learn to control your tempers and no need to be mocking us for the €2 difference rather than thanking us for our custom. The old lady even shouted “Never come here again, I don’t want you here ever” in Greek…what kind of Christian would exclude us just for politely asking for a business to be honest in their pricing. The tzatziki was just a plate of greek yogurt, no cucumber or garlic or anything else to be found, the crab salad was the same tzatziki with a chopped up fish stick (no crab to be found), we decided not to order mains as the starters were so bad. The waiters spent most of their time smoking and drinking on the tables near the door, (there are photos on here already in their blue shirts) and never washing their hands!
