I visited this place with a group late at night, and I was immediately captivated by the eye-catching atmosphere and the decor of the bar. I was thrilled to find such a trendy and hip spot in Molivos. The tables are placed at different levels along the stairs, creating a perfect setting to enjoy delicious cocktails on a summer night, which was truly stylish. The cocktail menu is quite diverse, featuring creative options that capture the essence of the Greek islands, making it fun to choose. The drinks were incredibly fresh and delicious, and I had a fantastic evening. I would consider this one of the best cocktail bars in the area. It's an excellent spot to unwind and relax with a drink after spending the day enjoying activities like swimming or lounging...

A cool chilled bar on the main street of Molyvos that also doubles as a record/book shop, and also the hang out for some friendly local cats. A great place to enjoy a drink and people watch before or after dinner in one of the local tavernas.

They serve a large variety of local beers, wines and a long list of classic cocktails with a local twist. We didn't quite make it through the cocktail list but particular favourites were the Pirates of the Agean and Perestroika. It's also worth trying the Ouzo Lemonada if you like Ouzo, and the White Greek for a local take on the classic White Russian.

Molyvos is one of the dreamiest places in the world, rightfully known for its gorgeous views, enchanting village, and friendly people. That said, sophisticated cocktails are not one of them. Symposion is the exception, offering an alternative to the run-of-the-mill beach cocktails served everywhere else. Drinks here are original and delicious and highlight local products in unexpected ways. My favorite was the Bees Knees, a gin drink with local thyme honey...
