Olimera — Restaurant in Skiathos Municipality

Although not really a full restaurant, the so-called snack menu is amazing. I would have eaten here more often if I'd have discovered it sooner (my wife actually found it). The bar is lovely and the service is second to none. I would say the food is better than some restaurants in the area and to be honest the choices were excellent and presented well. Never have we ever had such a great Greek pizza, and let me tell you why it's such a feat to pull such a good one: often, the onion can burn and/or taste too harsh and overpowering, tomatoes can be too raw and sog the pizza, and the peppers can be too raw, or the cheese can burn. A delicious brunch! We stumbled across Olimera on our way to the beach and had brunch here. The Greek yoghurt and fruit on pancakes are to die for! My partner had the full English and it was very good, with good quality bacon and sausages. The portions are huge I saw others eating omelettes which were massive. I would 100% recommend and return!
