This lovely picturesque tavern is not only pretty on the eyes, the quality food they serve is always divine and keep making you want more. During our stay in Skyros, Number 2 was the place to go for our lunches. They have variety of dishes to cater all and the ever changing menu keeps your visits exciting. The food at the Number 2 is always fresh and flavoursome. You will be missing out if you do not visit the local’s favourite during your time in Skyros. The staff , the chef and the owners are incredibly skilled and kind. We will be coming back here again next time!

Can highly recommend this place, we went here (by now) two days in a row because the food AND the service were excellent! They have no menu because the dishes change every day, the chef himself told us he cooks from his heart and you can definitely taste and feel this love. Both me and my partner work in gastronomy and we were absolutely stunned by the food, the vibe and the kindness we received here. So if you’re in Skyros - come to this hidden gem and experience authentic and wonderful greek food interpreted in a modern way(also vegan and vegetarian options)

Note - I did *not* actually eat here, I only walked past twice. This tiny place just looked so attractive that I had to post a photo and describe it. I apologise that I cannot comment on the food, but if you walk past yourself I'm sure you will want to sit down and try some.

This restaurant is an absolute gem. A combination of incredible food and traditional decoration, we came here every single day of our trip to Skyros. The menu changes daily and no matter what we picked, the dishes were tasty and made with thought and care. The restaurant was so full when we were there. Regardless, we constantly felt looked after and the staff was always helpful and attentive. This place is a must for anyone...
