15 minutes after we arrived, still nobody had taken our order The first dish, a simple Greek salad, arrived after 40 minutes! Even then, there were no olives in it, no onions, no cucumber. That was not (!) a Greek salad in any way "Fava", a very simple ready made starter, was served 60 minutes after we arrived! Even then, it was completely missing onions and olive oil, two main ingredients. "Hilopites", another traditional dish, was so dry, that it actually stuck on the bottom of the plate A mojito that we ordered, came at a small glass, was 99% soda with just a drop of rum. No brown sugar, no lime, no syrup. And a disgrace of a dirty mint leaf in it, obviously bought 2 weeks ago Bread came without oil, no salt, not hot, no origanum, no nothing Overall a very bad experience. Clearly the owner and manager have no experience in professional dining and serving. Their system does not work at all. The two waters were clearly inexperienced. They had no surround vision of the sitting hall, they were slow, they couldn't handle the service in any way.

On the Pros side: -The blond young lady at the entrance was very polite. She did her best trying to improve everything. From sitting customers, to cleaning tables, to taking orders, to bringing the bill. -The tables are not at all crowded -The music was nice and not loud -The young lady offered us not to pay for the table after our complaints, which we obviously declined. The final bill was 80 euros, for 1 main dish, 1 salad, 2 starters, 1 mojito and 2 glasses of wine

If they build on that lady's politeness, and on their nice view they can greatly improve. But with that kitchen and that service, as it is, it's a complete...

The location and design of the restaurant are amazing. Minimalistic, with really nice music and a great view. The staff was professional but I wouldn't exactly call them friendly - it could be just because they seemed to be busy and trying to find their steps and coordinate. We ordered a salad and a starter, which were good, but the two steaks we got were full of fat (see photo attached) and they didn't taste particularly good. The prices were reasonable in my opinion (€65 for two persons) but not for this quality of food. We visited 6 other restaurants while on the island and I believe you can do much better than that. You've got the location, a very nice atmosphere and place and it would be a real shame to not improve the quality of food and service. I wouldn't say it doesn't worth visiting but don't get your hopes up about...

Σ ένα ειδυλλιακό περιβάλλον ,στημένο με προδιαγραφές μαγαζιού βόρειων προαστίων όπου το φαγητό σερβίρεται σε ένα μπαλκόνι κάτω απ το οποίο σκάει μπροστά στα πόδια σου το κύμα .. Όπου η εξυπηρέτηση και το σέρβις του προσωπικού αντιστοιχεί πραγματικά σε μαγαζί της πρωτεύουσας και είναι μια πολλοστή επιβεβαίωση του εξαιρετικού επιπέδου που επικρατεί στο νησι σ οτι αφορά την παροχή υπηρεσιών .. Σε μια τοποθεσία ιδανική στους πρόποδες της χώρας κι εύκολα προσβάσιμη για τον επισκέπτη από την πρώτη στιγμή της άφιξης του ώστε εύκολα να μπορεί να γίνει πόλος έλξης 100αδων.. Δε μπορεί να λείπει η οργάνωση αλλά κυρίως ο σεφ!! Αρκετά πράγματα από τον κατάλογο έλλειπαν (φρέσκα ψάρια -ούτε ίχνος,κρασιά 2-3 ετικέτες από τις τουλάχιστον 10 ,γλυκά-1 από τα 3..) Αλλά και πάλι λες-ας δώσω μια ευκαιρία σ αυτά που υπάρχουν.. Με μια λέξη απογοήτευση.. Δεν είναι δυνατόν σε μαγαζί που χρεώνει 60plus /ατομο να μην έχουν καν καθαριστεί οι κατά τ άλλα κατεψυγμένες γαρίδες στο κριθαρωτό σου .. Ούτε η τέχνη σου στην καπνιστή μελιτζανοσαλάτα να εξαντλείται σε 3 σκελίδες σκόρδο στις 5 κουταλιές της σούπας που πέραν του ότι θ αφήσουν τον πελάτη ξάγρυπνο το βράδυ,επικαλύπτουν γευστικά κι ότι άλλο τρώει.. Η φάβα και το τηγανητο καλαμαράκι απλά basic Μόνη φωτεινή στιγμή των 7 πιάτων που δοκιμάσαμε ο κολοκυθοκεφτες και το τυροπιταρι παρότι του έλλειπε η ένταση του τυριού που περιμένεις σε τέτοιου είδους ζύμες.. Ειλικρινά πιστεύω πως το μαγαζί μπορεί να γίνει κάτι σπουδαίο αν επενδύσει...
