Ammoudia Beach Bar — Restaurant in Skyros Municipality

Very nice beach club. BUT the atmosphere is needlessly disturbed by the unspoken challenge between „Juicy“ (bar next door) and „Ammoudia“ in having the loudest music . For the customer ( of both locations I must suspect) it is a very stressful experience to enjoy 2 different beats and music sounds all the time . Not relaxing at all. For the benefit of everyone I would suggest the following: Make an arrangement to play the same music at both shops . Share the costs for dj. And if you cant agree on the type of music just alternate the days …. One day „Juicy“ music the next day „Amoudia“ music. I guarantee everyone will benefit and you will have more relaxed and satisfied customers on both sides...

It is our first time in Skyros and we had time to visit many beaches, bars and restaurants. Ammoudia Beach Bar is the best place for a full day stay near a magnificent beach. Super coffee (the best in island in my opinion), many choices for snacks or full lunch and polite service. Best beach in Skyros! Organized with comfy umbrellas and sunbeds. Sandy beach, animal friendly. Great freshly daily made food by the mother of the owner. Very nice restaurant with lots of choices. You can even eat or drink on the beach at side tables. 2nd year that I go there everyday. Very friendly staff which take care of your every wish.
