I sent it back to be cooked a little more. within the first 30 seconds. Very unprofessional chef. We could hear them giving out that it was sent back. She instructed the young front of house staff to come back and ask in more detail what the problem was. Eventually we were given it back one part was well done the other medium rare and one end just rare. A simple case of the pan/ grill bring too hot. When it came out the 2nd time we decided to take the hit and leave. We paid the bill with a plates of food still there. Extremely disappointed. The chips / fries were also soaked in oil, soggy. When we asked the man behind the bar “hello, what the deserts do you have?“ He answered “no deserts“ We were surprised and desided to double check (because we met people who had a low level of english) and asked again “do you have desert/sweets for a coffee“. The rude answer found us “YOU NEED TO READ , WE ARE STEAK HOUSE , NO DESERTS“.
P.s. Have never met before restaurants without deserts... And i know “how to read” 🤗 Please make a training for staff how to communicate with potential guests. We went to eat fish to another place next day because didn’t want to meet this...
