Excellent taverna style Greek food in Planos. After trying several restaurants nearby (and many more in other places in Greece), we discovered this restaurant at the recommendation of a local. This restaurant specializes in grilled food and they do not disappoint. We went back several times as the food was excellent and extremely affordable, especially compared to nearby similar restaurants. The service was also really great. In particular, their souvlaki skewers are delicious (as well as cheap and come with fries and bread) and their Greek salad is excellent. They had chicken carbonara on the menu. I specifically asked if it had any pork in it and they said no. so i ordered it. after it came it literally had bacon and when i asked about it the waiter just told me “it’s bacon”. When i told him that bacon is still pork he looked at me weird and asked if i wanted it without it. i politely said yes but his whole attitude changed after that. The place is very good, both chicken and pork meat was generally good, the prices were excellent for a Greek island (similar to those of Athens) and despite the low prices the quality was good. I had many typical meals of souvlaki there and the stuff was also kind and friendly. Sometimes that I ordered too, the delivery guy was fast and friendly too.
